Meet the Owner
Tracey Hicks
As a true Portland native, I’ve built my career around community, creativity, and a genuine love for houses. I have been in real estate since 2005, and in 2009, Chris and I opened our Dwell doors together. But with life’s twists and turns, as of September 2025, I am the sole owner of Dwell Realty!
I am passionate about helping real estate agents and their marketing strategies, supporting agents in growing their businesses, and continuing to shape Dwell as a brokerage that does real estate differently. You can read my full bio here.
